Today we stepped out into the wide and vast world of AAA Gaming as we talk about our first non-indie game. Let's Talk Breath of the Wild.
Side Note: It occurs to me that I never really defined what a AAA Game is in the Podcast itself. It's a largely informal/marketing term to define games made by or at least distributed by major publishers in the video game industry. Usually these games are defined by large budgets and big marketing pushes. However, their is a lot of arguments to be made that the distinction between AAA and Indie is largely arbitrary in our modern day (the channel Extra Credits actually did a really good write up on the subject). So really, AAA is about budget, marketing, and vibes.
